Privacy & loan terms
Last Updated: 1 October 2026
Lendly Capital Ltd (“Lendly”, “we”) lends to UK limited companies. This page explains what we collect when you use lendly.aii.1az.dev, how we use it and the terms that apply to every loan.
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number; your business’s name, Companies House number, sector, postcode, incorporation date and average monthly turnover; and the applications, loans and payments you make with us. We also keep a short audit trail of actions taken on each application and loan.
How we use it
- To work out your band and rate, check affordability and let an underwriter decide on your application.
- To run your loan: schedule instalments, record payments and calculate early settlement figures.
- To reply to messages you send us and, if you subscribe, to send our journal by email.
Loan terms in brief
- Amounts from £5,000 to £250,000 in £500 steps, over 3 to 24 months, at the fixed APR for your band when the offer is made.
- An arrangement fee of 2% (minimum £250) is deducted from the payout.
- Instalments are due monthly on the start day (the 28th at the latest) and must be paid in order. A £25 fee applies to an instalment paid more than 3 days late. A loan more than 60 days overdue is in default.
- You may settle early at any time while up to date by paying the remaining principal plus the interest in your next instalment.
Keeping and sharing data
We keep loan records for six years after a loan closes, as UK law requires. We never sell your data. Payment and hosting providers process it on our behalf under contract.
